Since sometimes the only solution is to reinstall the operating system in order to repair the issue. We will upgrade for you at the additional cost of the operating system upgrade. We will back up your important files if needed and whenever requested as well as to setting up repair discs as well. We will reinstall any programs you have the discs or files for at only $10.50 per additional hour.
